3. Quotations

All quotations provided by BuzzBox Evo are estimates based on the information supplied by the client at the time of enquiry.

Additional requirements, changes in scope, delays caused by the client or third-party dependencies may result in revised pricing and delivery schedules.

4. Consultations

Consultation bookings may be conducted online or in person. Consultation availability is subject to scheduling and confirmation by BuzzBox Evo.

Failure to attend a booked consultation without prior notice may result in cancellation of the booking.

5. Payments

Projects typically require either:

Full payment before commencement, or
An agreed deposit before work begins.

Monthly services may be billed through recurring invoices or direct debit arrangements where applicable.

All invoices must be paid by the due date specified on the invoice.

6. Project Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance only and may vary depending on:

Project complexity
Client response times
Content availability
Third-party integrations
Technical requirements

BuzzBox Evo will make reasonable efforts to deliver projects within agreed timescales.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide accurate information
Supply requested content and materials promptly
Review deliverables within reasonable timeframes
Respond to communications during the project
Ensure they have rights to any content supplied

8. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.

BuzzBox Evo retains ownership of:

Internal tools
Frameworks
Templates
Methodologies
Pre-existing intellectual property

9. Website Hosting & Third-Party Services

Where projects require third-party services including hosting, domains, APIs, software subscriptions or external platforms, associated costs remain the responsibility of the client unless specifically included in a proposal.

10. Limitation of Liability

BuzzBox Evo shall not be liable for:

Loss of profits
Loss of business opportunities
Indirect damages
Consequential damages
Third-party failures or outages

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

11. Warranty

We provide a reasonable defect correction period following project delivery for issues directly related to our work.

This warranty does not cover:

Client modifications
Third-party software issues
Hosting problems
Platform updates
External integrations

12. Device Repairs

For repair services, clients acknowledge that:

Data loss may occur during repairs
Clients are responsible for backups
Certain faults may not be repairable
Replacement parts may vary depending on availability

13. Termination

Either party may terminate a project or service agreement with written notice.

Any completed work, expenses or services delivered up to the termination date remain payable.

14. Privacy

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
